About this recipe
Malai Paneer Tikka is a famous Indian snack and as it is grilled it is way healthier than many other snacks.
Required ingredients
- 250 paneer cubed
- 2 tsp maida
- 2-3 tbsp cream
- ¼ tsp methi powder
- ½ tsp amchur powder
- ½ tsp garam masala powder
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup cubed vegetables of your own choice
Directions & How to
- In a flat plate place the paneer cubes and sprinkle salt and red chilli powder and keep for 10-15 minutes.
- Mix together cream and maida.
- Dip each cube in cream mix and transfer back to the plate.
- Thread onto skewer alternating with capsicum and onion (as I have used these vegetables) and grill them in oven for 15-20 minutes or till done.
- Sprinkle garam masala, amchur powder and methi powder and serve hot.
