Channa bhel… a quick, easy and very nutritious chatapa snack….its completely oil free, so its guilt free snack for diet watchers to gorge upon…another yummy variation to our chaat recipes….
- 2 cups - boiled channa/black chick peas
- 1 onion - sliced
- 1 tomato - de seeded and finely chopped
- 2 green chillies - finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp chat masala
- 1/2 cup of roasted namkeen - you can use of your choice, navratan mix or any mix.
- Juice of half a lime
- Salt to taste
- A handful of finely chopped coriander leaves
Directions & How to
- In a large mixing bowl, combine everything and toss it well.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, and serve immediately. Enjoy!!
