Cucumber dill  raita. A very refreshing raita. The combination of fresh dill leaves in yoghurt  makes it very interesting .

Required ingredients

  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 2 tbsp dill leaves - finely chopped
  • 1 green chilli- finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove- finely chopped
  • Salt as per taste

Directions & How to

  • Whisk yoghurt till smooth.
  • Grate cucumber and mix it in yoghurt. Add chopped chilli, garlic, dill leaves and salt to it and mix well.
  •  Refrigerate it till serving time.
  • Serve chilled.
