About this recipe
Cucumber dill raita. A very refreshing raita. The combination of fresh dill leaves in yoghurt makes it very interesting .
Required ingredients
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 1 small cucumber
- 2 tbsp dill leaves - finely chopped
- 1 green chilli- finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove- finely chopped
- Salt as per taste
Directions & How to
- Whisk yoghurt till smooth.
- Grate cucumber and mix it in yoghurt. Add chopped chilli, garlic, dill leaves and salt to it and mix well.
- Refrigerate it till serving time.
- Serve chilled.
