About this recipe
Cucumber raita, a very simple, easy and most commonly prepared raita. Its a summer delight, can be enjoyed with any rice preparations.
Required ingredients
- 1 cup yoghurt
- ½ cup grated cucumber
- ½ tsp dried mint or 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint leaves
- ¼ tsp cumin powder
- ¼ tsp pepper powder
- 2 pinches of black salt
- Salt as per taste
Directions & How to
- Whisk yoghurt till smooth. Add cucumber, mint, salt and black salt. Mix it well.
- Refrigerate it till serving time.
- Sprinkle cumin powder and pepper powder.
- Serve chilled.
