About this recipe

Mint coriander raita…a very refreshing and flavourful raita…it goes well with biryani’s and pulao’s and also with your barbecue platter kabab’s and tikka’s.

Required ingredients

  • 400 ml yogurt
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 2-3 flakes of garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Few drops of lemon juice

Directions & How to

  • Take all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl, refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  • Serve chilled.
