This is a dish which kids will love. It is healthy and tasty and and adults with sweet tooth will love it too.

Required ingredients

For the dough

  •  1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour . 1/2 tsp salt
  •   1 tsp oil
  • water to knead the dough

For the filling

  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  •   1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • Oil for shallow frying

To garnish

  •   Grated chocolate
  • Cream

Directions & How to

  •  Place flour, salt, oil in a bowl and knead a soft dough by adding water slowly. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Mix together sugar and coconut.
  • Make potato size balls of dough.
  • Take 1 ball and roll out about 2" in diameter. Place 1 spoonful of filling in the center  bring together the edges and seal them.Do likewise with other dough balls as well.
  • Press lightly 1 stuffed ball in the flour and roll out about 5" diameter parantha.
  • Shallow fry in a non stick pan.
  • Drizzle cream and sprinkle grated chocolate and serve.
