                          This is a dish which kids will love. It is healthy and tasty and and adults with sweet tooth will love it too.
Required ingredients
For the dough
- 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour . 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1 tsp oil
 - water to knead the dough
 
For the filling
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar
 - Oil for shallow frying
 
To garnish
- Grated chocolate
 - Cream
 
Directions & How to
- Place flour, salt, oil in a bowl and knead a soft dough by adding water slowly. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
 - Mix together sugar and coconut.
 - Make potato size balls of dough.
 - Take 1 ball and roll out about 2" in diameter. Place 1 spoonful of filling in the center bring together the edges and seal them.Do likewise with other dough balls as well.
 - Press lightly 1 stuffed ball in the flour and roll out about 5" diameter parantha.
 - Shallow fry in a non stick pan.
 - Drizzle cream and sprinkle grated chocolate and serve.
