Besan Till Laddoo , a traditional Indian sweet.

Required ingredients

  • 2 cups besan or gram flour
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 cup ghee or clarified butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ tsp green cardamom powder

Directions & How to

  • Dry roast the sesame seeds and keep aside
  • Heat ghee in a thick bottomed pan or in a kadhai. Add cardamom powder. Low down the flame and add  gram flour. Roast it nicely, stirring continuously for around 15 – 20 minutes and nice aroma starts coming out of it.
  • Let it cool slightly. Add powdered sugar and sesame seeds, mix it well and roll into laddoos.
  • Cool and store.
