About this recipe
Crispy Aachari bhindi is easy to make, has very simple flavours and does not take too much effort to put together.
Required ingredients
- 250 g ladyfinger
- 1 tsp panch phoran
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp amchur powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil to deep fry and 1 tsp to temper
Directions & How to
- Cut the lady finger lengthwise in 4 parts. Sprinkle salt and red chilli powder and keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok and add 1 /3rd of ladyfinger to it. Deep fry the ladyfinger in batches till they are crispy. Drain on a kitchen towel.
- Place them on your serving plate and sprinkle amchur powder.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in small pan and splutter panch phoran. Temper the veggie with it and serve hot with roti.
