About this recipe
Arbi Masala is a delectable and spicy veg gravy.
Required ingredients
- 250 gms arbi peeled
- 1 medium sized onion
- 1 medium sized tomato
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp garam masala powder
- Few fenugreek seeds
- Salt to taste
- Oil
Directions & How to
- Sprinkle salt on arbi and fry in oil till crisp
- Grind onion, tomato, ginger garlic, coriander and chili powder to a paste.
- Heat oil in a pan, add fenugreek seeds and ground paste, cook till oil separates.
- Then add the fried arbi and cook till arbi completely tender
- Add garam masala powder
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
