1 tsp chilli powder, cumin powder and coriander powder
1 small onion - sliced
1 tbsp red chilli sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
3 tsp mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard sauce
1 tbsp green chutney
1 tsp hot pepper or tobasco sauce - optional
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp oil
Directions & How to
Marinate chicken in ginger garlic paste, chilli, cumin and coriander powder, salt and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and fry till it turns golden, add chicken and fry it till its almost cooked. Add red chilli sauce and tomato sauce and fry it for 1 more minute.
Whisk the egg with salt and pepper and prepare 3 omlettes with it.
To make rolls take a paratha, spread a tsp of mayonnaise over it, place a omlette on it, arrange few pieces of chicken, sliced onion, drizzle some mustard sauce, green chutney and hot pepper sauce. Roll tightly and serve hot.
Follow the same with the remaining paratha and chicken to make 2 more rolls.
