Amchur ki khatti chutney is sour and super tasty which goes well with all kinds of chaat and snacks.

Required ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. amchur (raw mango powder)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp corn flour, dissolved in 2 tbsp. water
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder

Directions & How to

  • Dissolve the amchur in water and bring to one boil on medium heat.
  •  Add all spices and mix well. Slowly add dissolved corn flour.
  • Cook the chutney on low heat till it thickens slightly.
  • Keep aside to cool and store in glass jars.
