                    Amchur ki khatti chutney is sour and super tasty which goes well with all kinds of chaat and snacks.
Required ingredients
- 2 tbsp. amchur (raw mango powder)
 - 1 cup water
 - 1 tsp corn flour, dissolved in 2 tbsp. water
 - 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
 - 1/4 tsp red chili powder
 - 1/4 tsp salt
 - 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
 
Directions & How to
- Dissolve the amchur in water and bring to one boil on medium heat.
 - Add all spices and mix well. Slowly add dissolved corn flour.
 - Cook the chutney on low heat till it thickens slightly.
 - Keep aside to cool and store in glass jars.
