Quick and easy chicken coleslaw sub sandwich. Its nutritious and filling.

Required ingredients

  • 1 sub roll of your choice
  • 1/2 cup fine shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup boiled and shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • 1.1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp mix dried herbs
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red lettuce

Directions & How to

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, chicken, cheese and mayonnaise. Season it with salt, pepper and herbs. Mix well.
  • Cut open the sub roll horizontally.
  • Place 2-3 leaves of red lettuce on it.
  • Stuff the chicken mixture generously.
  • Cover with the upper part of the sub roll.
  • Serve immediately.
