Rich and creamy date milkshake. Do try this healthy and delicious drink for a quick boost of energy after a hot and tiring day.

Required ingredients

  • 500 ml chilled milk
  • 1/2 cup soft dates
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar - adjust sugar as per your taste
  • 1 cup of crushed ice

Directions & How to

  • Deseed and chop the dates.
  • Take dates, sugar and half of milk in a blender and blend it well till it turns smooth.
  • Put remaining milk and crushed ice and blend it once again till nice smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer to serving glasses.
  • Serve immediately.
