Rich and creamy date milkshake. Do try this healthy and delicious drink for a quick boost of energy after a hot and tiring day.
- 500 ml chilled milk
- 1/2 cup soft dates
- 2-3 tbsp sugar - adjust sugar as per your taste
- 1 cup of crushed ice
Directions & How to
- Deseed and chop the dates.
- Take dates, sugar and half of milk in a blender and blend it well till it turns smooth.
- Put remaining milk and crushed ice and blend it once again till nice smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to serving glasses.
- Serve immediately.
