Khus yogurt drink…or khus lassi flavoured with khus syrup…khus or vetiver is a fragrant cooling herb… its a very popular summer  cooling drink with lots of health benefits.

Required ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 3-4 tbsp khus syrup
  • 1/2 cup chilled milk
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar - adjust as per your taste
  • A little cardamom powder
  • 5-6 mint leaves
  • 1 cup of ice cubes

Directions & How to

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend it well till it turns smooth and frothy.
  • Pour in tall glasses and serve immediately.
