Healthy and nutritional cucumber juice loaded with vitamins and lots of health benefits. A very fresh and cooling drink for hot summer evenings.

Required ingredients

  • 500 ml chilled water
  • 4-5 tbsp sugar - adjust according to your taste
  • 2 medium size cucumber - approximately 1 cup when roughly chopped
  • 1 cup of ice cubes

Directions & How to

  • Peel,trim off the ends and chop the cucumber.
  • In a blender take around 1/2 cup of water, cucumber and sugar and blend it well till smooth.
  • Add remaining water and ice cubes and blend it all once again till its well blended.
  • Transfer to serving glasses and serve immediately.
