About this recipe
Falafel is a popular arabic dish very similar to Indian flavours. Quick and easy to make .
Required ingredients
- 2 cup soaked kabuli chana (chickpeas)
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 2 green chillies
- Salt to taste
- Oil to deep fry
Directions & How to
- Put all the ingredients except oil in a food processor and grind to a coarse paste by adding as little water as you can.
- Heat oil in a wok, take 1 tbsp of batter in your palm, shape it like a ball and drop it in the oil. Add 4-5 balls at a time, fry till golden brown.
- Serve with chutney.
