About this recipe
Dry mix vegetable delight for winters made with fresh vegetables, crunchy and spicy in taste with all the health benefits.
Required ingredients
- Half cup shredded cabbage
- Half cup thinly sliced carrot
- Half cup shelled green peas
- 1 small sliced capsicum
- 1 large tomato sliced
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- ¼ tsp garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil
Directions & How to
- Heat oil in a kadai and splutter cumin seeds.
- Add cabbage, carrot, capsicum and green peas.
- Stir fry on high flame, till the water released by vegetables evaporates.
- Now add tomato, salt, chili and garam masala powder.
- Cook till all vegetables are soft but not over cooked.
- Serve with hot chappatis.
