Dry mix vegetable delight for winters made with fresh vegetables, crunchy and spicy in taste with all the health benefits.

Required ingredients

  • Half cup shredded cabbage
  • Half cup thinly sliced carrot
  • Half cup shelled green peas
  • 1 small sliced capsicum
  • 1 large tomato sliced
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • ¼ tsp garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil

Directions & How to

  •  Heat oil in a kadai and splutter cumin seeds.
  • Add cabbage, carrot, capsicum and green peas.
  • Stir fry on high flame, till the water released by vegetables evaporates.
  • Now add tomato, salt, chili and garam masala powder.
  •  Cook till all vegetables are soft but not over cooked.
  • Serve with hot chappatis.
