About this recipe
Easy and refreshing Arab salad.
Required ingredients
- 2 English cucumbers
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 large green bell pepper or capsicum
- 2 medium size onions
- 1 cup chopped salad leaves
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- Juice of a lime
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp crushed black pepper
- Salt as per taste
Directions & How to
- Dice the cucumbers, tomatoes, capsicum and onions into small cubes.
- In a small bowl mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and prepare the dressing.
- Arrange the diced veggies and all the chopped greens in a serving bowl, mix in the dressing and serve immediately.
