Easy and refreshing Arab salad.

Required ingredients

  • 2 English cucumbers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 large green bell pepper or capsicum
  • 2 medium size onions
  • 1 cup chopped salad leaves
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • Juice of a lime
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  • Salt as per taste

Directions & How to

  • Dice the cucumbers, tomatoes, capsicum and onions into small cubes.
  • In a small bowl mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and prepare the dressing.
  • Arrange the diced veggies and  all the chopped greens in a serving bowl, mix in the dressing and serve immediately.
