A delicious and flavourful dish that can be cooked easily with common ingredients available at home.

Required ingredients

  • 500 g mutton
  • 1 medium onion finely sliced
  • 4 large tomatoes paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp green chillies roughly chopped( less bitter kind)
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds, roasted and coarsely ground
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds, roasted and coarsely ground
  • salt to taste
  • oil as required

Directions & How to

  • Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan. Add onions and cook till they are soft.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste andcook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Now add mutton pieces, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well and cook on high heat for about 4-5 minutes.
  • Add tomato paste , bring to boil once and cover. Cook on low heat till the mutton iscompletely cooked.
  • Just before serving heat it up again, add cumin coriander powders and green chillies. Cover for 2 minutes and then serve.
