About this recipe

Palak raita, a very tasty and nutritious raita. Can be enjoyed with parathas as well as rice and pulaos.

Required ingredients

  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • ½ cup chopped and blanched spinach
  • ½ tsp cumin roasted and powdered
  • ¼ tsp pepper powder
  • Salt to taste

Directions & How to

  • Whisk the yoghurt till smooth.
  • Add the spinach and salt and mix it well.
  • Sprinkle cumin and pepper powder.
  • Serve it chilled.
