Mint Coriander Raita

Mint coriander raita…a very refreshing and flavourful raita…it goes well with biryani’s and pulao’s and also with your barbecue platter kabab’s and tikka’s.
- 400 ml yogurt
- 2-3 green chillies
- 2-3 flakes of garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
- A handful of fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- Few drops of lemon juice
Directions & How to
- Take all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Serve chilled.
