Bhuna masala chana is a very easy and tasty dish which will be loved by all. A light, filling and nutritious snack. Can be served in breakfast too.

Required ingredients

  • 2 cups black chick peas ( kala chana) - boiled
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp dry ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • Salt as per taste
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Juice of a lime
  • Fresh coriander leaves, sliced onion and chopped chillies for garnishing

Directions & How to

  • Heat oil in a wok or kadhai. Put boiled chana and fry it for a minute.
  • Add all the spices along with the salt and fry it well for 4-5 minutes.
  •  Add lemon juice. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves, onion slices and chopped chillies.
  • Serve hot.
