About this recipe
Paneer bhurji is an easy and tasty dish, serve at breakfast with puris or paranthas or at any meal of the day.
Required ingredients
- 250 g paneer grated
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 medium sized tomato deseeded and chopped
- 1/4 tspĀ turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp oil
Directions & How to
- Heat oil in a wok; add onion and cook till it turns translucent.
- Add tomatoes, stirĀ and cook till they are soft.
- Now add paneer , salt , turmeric and chilli powder, mix well and cook for about 5 minutes on low heat.
- Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
