About this recipe

Paneer bhurji is an easy and tasty dish, serve at breakfast with puris or paranthas or at any meal of the day.

Required ingredients

  • 250 g paneer grated
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 medium sized tomato deseeded and chopped
  • 1/4 tspĀ  turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp oil

Directions & How to

  • Heat oil in a wok; add onion and cook till it turns translucent.
  • Add tomatoes, stirĀ  and cook till they are soft.
  • Now add paneer , salt , turmeric and chilli powder, mix well and cook for about 5 minutes on low heat.
  • Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
