About this recipe
Bread palak pakorey is tasty, easy snackĀ to go with evening tea.
Required ingredients
- 1 cup gram flour(besan)
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- 3 white milk bread (cut in 4 pieces)
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp red cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil to deep fry
Directions & How to
- Make a dropping consistency baater by adding water to besan. Beat very well.
- Add salt, chilli and cumin powder and spinach to the batter.
- Heat oil in a wok,. Dip 1 piece of bread in the bateer, coat well on both sides and drop in the oil slowly.Fry till golden and crisp from both sides.
- Fry in small batches rest of the bread and serve with tomato sauce.
