Rose lassi…lassi is a cooling and refreshing summer drink…traditionally its a punjabi drink but now has gained popularity through out India…this recipe is lassi flavoured with rose syrup..just a flavourful variation to our regular lassi..
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 -3 tbsp rose syrup - you can even use rooh afza
- 1/2 cup chilled milk
- 2 tbsp sugar - adjust as per your taste
- A little cardamom powder
- 1 cup of ice cubes
Directions & How to
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend it well till it turns smooth and frothy.
- Pour in tall glasses and serve immediately.
