                    Chocolate Kheer is innovative dessert which will be surely loved by your kids.
Required ingredients
- 1 liter full cream milk
 - 1 cup lotus seeds (makhana), roasted in 1 tbsp. oil and crushed.
 - ½ cup sugar
 - 2 tbsp. unsweetened coco powder
 
Directions & How to
- In a heavy bottomed sauce pan boil milk and sugar, till it becomes 2/3rd of its quantity.
 - Now add the lotus seeds cook for 5 minutes on low heat, stirring in between regularly.
 - Dissolve coco powder in 2 tbsp. of water and add it to the sauce pan while stirring.
 - Cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat, keep stirring in between.
 - Let it cool to room temperature then beat it with an electric beater for 1-2 minutes.
 - Transfer to serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs.
 - Garnish and serve.
