About this recipe
The spicy and tangy flavour of saucy hot chicken will leave you wanting for more.
Required ingredients
- 1 chicken in small pieces
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 medium sized onion
- 2 large tomatoes
- 2-3 green chillies
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- 1 Maggi chicken stock (dissolved in 1/2 cup water)
- 2 tbsp. tomato sauce
- 1 tsp chilli sauce
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Directions & How to
- Mix chicken pieces with salt and ginger garlic paste and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Boil onion, tomato, green chillies and garlic cloves together. Remove from the flame and let it cool for some time. After that make a paste of it.
- Heat 1 tbsp. oil and stir fry chicken pieces for 4-5 minutes.
- Heat remaining oil, add onion paste and sauté for couple of minutes.
- Add all the sauces and chicken stock, mix well.
- Add the chicken and let it cook till completely tender. Adjust seasonings and serve with boiled rice.
