Apple milkshake…a very healthy and delectable milkshake which will be loved by adults as well as kids.

Required ingredients

  • 1 ltr chilled milk
  • 2 apples - peeled and chopped
  • 1 apple - finely grated
  • 4-5 tbsp sugar - adjust sugar according to your taste

Directions & How to

  • In a blender take milk, sugar and chopped apples and blend it till smooth.
  • Transfer it to  a  container and mix in  grated apple. Cover and refrigerate it for around 2-3 hours or more.
  • Pour in serving glasses and serve chilled.
