Required ingredients

  • 1 cup peeled and chopped ripe papaya
  • 1 cup chilled full cream milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Sugar or honey to taste

Directions & How to

  • Take all the ingredients in the blender and blend it till smooth and creamy.
