About this recipe

Dry Aaloo Gobhi is easy to make and tastes great with paranthas.

Required ingredients

  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cut in medium cubes
  • 200 g cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 green chillies slit
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
  • Few fenugreek seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions & How to

  • Heat oil in a wok, add fenugreek seeds and green chillies, sauté.
  • Add potatoes and cauliflower, sauté.
  • Add salt, turmeric, coriander and chilli powder stir to mix well.
  • On minimum heat ,cover and cook till completely cooked. Add water around 2 tbsp only if required.
  • Sprinkle garam masala powder and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
