A quick  and easy, healthy breakfast.

Required ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat vermicelli
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 medium sized tomato chopped
  • 1 small capsicum chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1 small carrot chopped
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 red chili powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil

Directions & How to

  • Heat oil in a wok, add onions and saute for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add tomato and cook till it turns mushy.
  • Then add capsicum, cabbage and carrot.Cook on high flame while stirring so that all water from the vegetables evaporates.
  • Add vermicelli, salt , chilli powder chaat masala and about 1/2 half cup water mix well. Cover and cook till vermicelli is soft and cooked completely.
  • Serve with tomato sauce.
