Cheesy Chatpatey Chicken Fingers

Cheesy chatpate chicken fingers, as the name says it all. A very yummy finger food, easy to make and can be served as a snack or as a starter, will be loved by all.

Required ingredients

  • 500 grams chicken breast - cut into finger size strips
  • 1/2 cup grated processed cheese
  • 2 tbsp yoghurt
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • Juice of a lime
  • 1 tsp dried crushed mint leaves
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp black pepper corns - roasted and crushed
  • Chat masala to sprinkle
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp dried crushed mint leaves
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

  • Chat masala to sprinkle

  • 1 tsp olive oil

Directions & How to

  • Mix together yoghurt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and a tsp of oil.
  • Rub this mixture on the chicken strips and cook it on medium high heat for 5-7 minutes or till all the moisture absorbs.
  • In a bowl take the cooked strips, mix into it lemon juice, dried mint leaves, oregano, crushed pepper corns and cheese. Mix well.
  • Line a baking tray with the baking/butter paper. Put the strips on it and grill it for 7-10 minutes for till cheese melts and it gets a beautiful golden color.
  • Sprinkle chat masala and serve hot.
