Butter Keema, minced meat cooked and then sautéed in butter.

Required ingredients

Main ingredients

  • ½ kg minced meat – you can use any ground meat as per your choice mutton, beef or lamb.
  • 1 medium onion chopped finely
  • 2-3 green chillies chopped finely
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ cup fresh coriander leaves chopped finely
  • 50 grams butter

List A

  • 2 medium onions sliced
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2-3 green chillies chopped
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ cumin powder
  • ½ coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ½ cup water
  • Salt as per taste

Directions & How to

  • Put all ingredients from list A along with minced meat in a pressure cooker and cook till 3-4 whistles.
  • Heat butter in a pan, add onions and chillies and sauté it well. Now mix cooked minced meat in it and cook it well, stirring occasionally till all the liquid dries up. Lastly add fresh coriander leaves and lemon juice.
  • Serve hot.
  • It tastes best with parathas , naans or kulchas,
