Bread palak pakorey is tasty, easy snack  to go with evening tea.

Required ingredients

  • 1 cup gram flour(besan)
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 3 white milk bread (cut in 4 pieces)
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp red cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to deep fry

Directions & How to

  • Make a dropping consistency baater by adding water to besan. Beat very well.
  • Add salt, chilli and cumin powder and spinach to the batter.
  • Heat oil in a wok,. Dip 1 piece of bread in the bateer, coat well on both sides and drop in the oil slowly.Fry till golden and crisp from both sides.
  • Fry in small batches rest of the bread and serve with tomato sauce.
