Arbi Masala is a delectable and spicy veg gravy.

Required ingredients

  • 250 gms arbi peeled
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 1 medium sized tomato
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala powder
  • Few fenugreek seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil

Directions & How to

  • Sprinkle salt on arbi and fry in oil till crisp
  • Grind onion, tomato, ginger garlic, coriander and chili powder to a paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add fenugreek seeds and ground paste, cook till oil separates.
  • Then add the fried arbi and cook till arbi completely tender
  • Add garam masala powder
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
